Villa Nº 1 - One of two adjoining villas for rent that can be rented separately or as one (perfect for a family reunion or wedding groups). Set in a gated community just above La Ropa Beach and within easy walking distance to the warm white sand. Divine view from bedrooms and its own private pool and terrace. Each has 4 bedroom en suites, kitchen, a/c, fans, tastefully decorated and comes with daily staff. Enclosed garage.

Low Season: $590 p/day
High Season: $850 p/day

Villa Nº 3 - Can be completely separate or adjoining rental to Villa 1. Also a 4-bedroom with en-suite baths, all bedrooms with twins. Has small private pool and lovely garden courtyard. Similar in all other aspects, but is lower than Villa 1, has less water view and no garage. Daily staff.

Low Season: $375 p/day
High Season: $575 p/day

Low Season: $880 p/day
High Season: $1,250 p/day

Deposit Requirements:
High Season: Dec. 15 - Easter
50% to guarantee reservation and balance due no less than two weeks prior to arrival.

Cancellation Policies:
10% on any cancellation
50% - 30 to 15 days prior to arrival date
75% - 14 days or less prior to arrival date

We can arrange for you to be met by a private air-conditioned 4-door sedan or Suburban, according to your needs. Whatever other services we can provide such as cooks, food and beverage supplies for your arrival, flower arrangements, special evenings out or any special requests you might have, we are at your service.
