Deposit Requirements:
High Season: Dec. 15 - Easter
50% to guarantee reservation and balance due no less than two weeks prior to arrival.

Cancellation Policies:
10% on any cancellation
50% - 30 to 15 days prior to arrival date
75% - 14 days or less prior to arrival date

We can arrange for you to be met by a private air-conditioned 4-door sedan or Suburban, according to your needs.
