Original house has two bedrooms, one in the main house and one off of the courtyard, both with lovely bathrooms. Indoor and outdoor living area, al fresco dining area under roof. Unique king-size "siesta bed" on covered terrace off of master bedroom. Upstairs apartment has one bedroom with a kingsize bed and a studio with a queen-size which may be used as second bedroom. There is a full kitchen and one bathroom. Louvred windows surround the living room which may be opened to invite the ocean breeze and give you a breathtaking view of the bay of Zihuatanejo. Excellent caretakers live in separate housing on property and a cook is available at $25 per day. Services include pool, telephone, wireless internet access, and air conditioning in the master bedrooms both up and down. Fans on the terraces under roof.

Deposit Requirements:
High Season: Nov. 1 - April 30
50% to guarantee reservation and balance due no less than two weeks prior to arrival.

Cancellation Policies:
10% on any cancellation
50% - 30 to 15 days prior to arrival date
75% - 14 days or less prior to arrival date
