Casa Cascada - So named for the tinkling waterfall that creates the back wall of the living area, this stunning private designer home in the new gated community of Cerro del Vigía, up on the mountain at the south end of La Ropa Beach, can be your own private retreat during your vacation in our paradise.  The house has 4 en suite bedrooms complete to a private balcony or terrace on each one.  All rooms have ceiling fans and minisplit whisper quiet air conditioners.  Stunning panoramic views of the open ocean, Las Gatas Beach and the twinkling town lights in the night give you a guaranteed piece of living art to meet your eye in all directions.  Your own private infinity pool and sunning terrace will give you a perfect place to relax and cool off in the blue tiled waters, have your lunch or sunset margaritas in a blissful setting.  Full kitchen, granite counters, stainless steel appliances, washer & dryer, plus maid service make it all so easy.  Our bilingual staff is on hand 24 hours a day to insure your comfort.

Low Season: $375 per night
High Season: $425 per night
Xmas/Holidays: $550 per night

Rates apply to 8 person occupancy.

Deposit Requirements:
High Season: Dec. 15 - Easter
50% to guarantee reservation and balance due no less than two weeks prior to arrival.

Cancellation Policies:
10% on any cancellation
50% - 30 to 15 days prior to arrival date
75% - 14 days or less prior to arrival date

We can arrange for you to be met by a private air-conditioned 4-door sedan or Suburban, according to your needs. Whatever other services we can provide such as cooks, food and beverage supplies for your arrival, flower arrangements, special evenings out or any special requests you might have, we are at your service.
